Meet Erin
Co-founder | REALTOR®Erin is the Co-Founder of The Luxury Collective TLC Realty. Since 2012, she has assisted hundreds of clients on their real estate journeys and helped build a thriving real estate team in the Collin County market area. She is highly skilled in seller representation and contract negotiation. In addition to selling homes, Erin has experience working with landowners, custom home builders, and residential developers. Her passion is working closely with clients and understanding their stories. Selling real estate can be challenging logistically and emotionally, and Erin has always been committed to ensuring a smooth transaction.
Not only does she work closely with her clients, but she is fiercely committed to helping other real estate agents build successful businesses.
Born in Dallas, Erin lived in the Lakewood neighborhood before moving to the small rural town of Wolfe City, TX. Her graduating class had 40 students! Her father was a small business owner, and she spent many summers and spring breaks working in his woodworking shop on Levee St in Dallas. She's still a country girl at heart but enjoys the convenience of living closer to the city. When she isn't working, Erin spends time with her family and friends. She enjoys college football, working out, traveling, her husband's cooking, and her two dogs.
Erin is a 1999 graduate of Texas A&M University-Commerce with a Business Administration degree and a major in Marketing. She's a Chi Omega who participates in alumni activities whenever possible.
