Meet Mary Anne Loncar

With more than 30 years in the real estate industry,  Mary Anne brings a depth of experience and perspective to every transaction she supports. Her career has included nearly every aspect of real estate - roles in marketing, operations, listing coordination, and transaction coordination.  She is a licensed agent and broker, as well as, an owner of a transaction management company. This well-rounded background allows her to anticipate challenges, protect timelines, and deliver an elevated level of service that The Luxury Collective agents have come to expect and their clients deserve.

Having seen firsthand how high-performing real estate businesses are built, Mary Anne has chosen to focus on what she does best—providing exceptional transaction coordination services which allows her agents to play to their own strengths - cultivating relationships and finding the perfect home. Her role is to ensure that every detail is handled with precision, discretion, and care, creating a seamless, stress-free experience from contract to close for both her agents and their clients.

Mary Anne’s business philosophy is rooted in excellence, consistency, and trust. On a personal note, Mary Anne met her husband while attending Southern Methodist University. She is a mother to two remarkable daughters and two dobermans, Axl and Nyx. When she is not supporting her agents, you’ll find her traveling, entertaining or combing antique stores for some treasures for her home. Mary Anne is a true foodie at heart - she loves to explore new restaurants or experiment in the kitchen. A fun fact about her is that she is an avid college football fan, so Saturday afternoons, in the fall, you will find her watching the games on her patio.
