Erin was my realtor and she did an outstanding job. A staging specialist helped me to arrange things to appeal to buyers with very little disruption to my normal living arrangements. The house went on the market on a Saturday and was sold on Monday. They took care of everything keeping me informed all the way. Totally professional and incredibly supportive. Erin did a great job of showing the property. She also gave wise counsel as to establishing a fair market value for the home. As my mom was widowed a couple of years ago, she was sensitive to her mom's emotional ties to the house and never failed to emphasize those parts of the lot and house that mom felt were the property's big pluses.
